Why have Microsoft forgotten to actual upgrade windows? The sound recorder in 3.1 is the same in xp. The right-click-property menu is the same since long time. The category control panel is the same from xp up to 7. So MUCH old stuff is just hidden or disabled! Word-pad notepad paint is same from 3.1 up to XP. Why is windows just so old? Just switch to Linux.
